Our History
Chongqing MillworkALL Furniture Co., Ltd. has been deeply involved in the furniture and building materials industry for nearly 20 years, encompassing product design, manufacturing, and marketing.
Our Factory
Located in Chongqing, China, our 30,000-square-meter factory features multiple independent production areas equipped with equipment for cutting, laminating, edgebanding, painting, and assembly. We currently employ over 200 people, responsible for production, quality inspection, packaging, and shipping. We primarily specialize in custom manufacturing, with dedicated personnel to coordinate customer needs, including sample creation, confirmation, production scheduling, and shipping.
We primarily produce a wide variety of furniture and building materials, including doors, cabinets, wall panels, and windows. We offer a comprehensive product range:
● Interior Doors: PVC, melamine, painted, solid wood, concealed, and aluminum
● Exterior Doors: Steel and aluminum
● Cabinets: Kitchen cabinets, islands, closets, and wardrobes
● Wall Panels: WPC, veneer, acoustic panels, and melamine
● Windows: Casement, folding, hung, sliding, and floor-to-ceiling
Certifications
We hold numerous international certifications, including CE, Soncap, BS, ISO9001, and SGS ROHS. CE and BS certifications ensure our products meet EU and UK safety standards, Soncap meets Nigerian import requirements, ISO9001 ensures our quality management system operates in a standardized manner throughout the entire production process, and SGS ROHS testing ensures our products are free of hazardous substances.
Production Equipment
Our factory is equipped with the following common equipment for manufacturing wooden doors, cabinets, and windows:
Engraving machine: Carves patterns on the surface of the panels; Hot press: Presses the door components together; Edge banding machine: Seals the edges of the panels; Electronic saw: Cuts the panels; UV sprayer: Apply paint; Double-head saw: Cuts aluminum profiles; Miter saw: Cuts aluminum profiles at 45-degree angles; Drill: Drills holes in doors and windows.
